- We’ll review structural issues (frame cracks, sagging springs, torn fabric) and reply within 24 hours with a ballpark quote. From minor upgrades to a much needed deep clean.

- For large or sectional sofas, we’ll arrange an on-site inspection at your home to measure doorways and stair access.
Our Process
Deep Cleaning: A Multi-Step Process for Upholstery Renewal
- Pre-Vacuum & Debris Removal:
- Use a commercial-grade HEPA-filter vacuum to remove loose dust, dirt, pet hair, and crumbs from all surfaces—seat cushions, back cushions, armrests, and crevices.
- Inspect seams and zipper tracks to extract hidden debris.
- Spot Treatment & Stain Pre-Treatment:
- Identify common stains (coffee, wine, grease, ink, pet accidents).
- Apply a customized, pH-neutral upholstery cleaner or enzyme-based stain remover, depending on the fabric type.
- Gently agitate stained areas with a soft-bristle brush, allowing the cleaning solution to lift embedded grime without discoloring the fabric.
- Steam-Injected Extraction Cleaning:
- Use a professional-grade, low-moisture steam-extraction machine. The steam injector loosens ground-in dirt and allergens, while a powerful vacuum head extracts water and cleaning solution in one pass.
- Maintain a controlled nozzle temperature (below 160°F) to safeguard delicate fibers while still sanitizing.
- Systematically clean each seating surface, cushion, and backrest panel—working in overlapping passes to ensure consistent moisture levels and thorough extraction.
